Our Team
Our coaches are from the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Australia - all native English speakers who have permanent residency in Chile. Some speak three languages, which brings humility and perspective to guiding others on their language journey.
Our entire approach is based on conversation - receiving feedback and information, learning to understand and respond naturally to questions and building confidence and techniques to have clear, fluid conversation.
The more you speak spontaneously with a good coach who corrects you immediately, the faster you gain confidence, and as you become more confident, your grammatical accuracy improves. It's about being able to communicate ideas clearly and understand what the other person is saying.
Beyond the conversations in coaching sessions, all participants should establish their own daily routine for listening to English. By combining this personal effort with coaching, language fluency is acquired naturally and enjoyably.

Just as a player cannot see himself, a person speaking a second language can't hear themselves and pick up their mistakes.
The great value of a good coach is that they can listen carefully and correct grammatical, pronunciation, and intonation errors without resorting to long and boring explanations, but simply by reinforcing your confidence so that you can express yourself naturally, with the correct rhythm and accent.
We don't teach in the traditional "top-down" way, where the teacher sets the rules and content (usually heavily focused on grammar). Coaches work as equals with executives, fostering a close and trusting relationship that allows for seamless collaboration. Session content is decided together and the coaches provide the tools and techniques needed to successfully achieve goals.
In this way, executives and professionals take ownership of their own progress, and our proprietary assessment and diagnostic system provides them with clear metrics and timelines to reach their target level of fluency.
