Fuller Consulting's fluency leveling is based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which organizes language proficiency into six levels, from A1 (beginner) to C2 (bilingual). All professional language testing is based on the CEFR. 

Our proprietary evaluation system is quick and efficient - based on a digital Dashboard that we have developed and fine tuned over years while constantly investing in new tools.
 
Language assessments are typically based on gaps - what a speaker can't do. In contrast, at Fuller Consulting, our evaluations are used as milestones to mark progress towards target speaking levels.

Most companies set level C1 as the target for their senior managers and level B2 for executives working internationally.

For us, it is essential to evaluate the progress of each executive using quantifiable and reliable metrics. 

Our metrics take into account speech fluency and structure, grammatical accuracy and pronunciation, verbal speed, and numerical skills (the ability to correctly express numbers, dates, mathematical expressions, currency, and measurements).
